Mission Statement
We endeavor to be a mechanism to effect changes locally which promote righteous stewardship of our corner of the world and inclusion of all interested people who share our concerns.
We are local citizens focused on fostering environmental education and actions which enhance all community members and successive generations' stake in our only earth.

Sunday, March 30, 2008 @ 3:00 PM - Regular SCIEC meeting at St. George's Episcopal Church on Route 146 in Clifton Park
Sunday, April 13, 2008 - Prayer Day for the Earth at St. George's Episcopal Church's Prayer Path.
Come and hear clergy from all religions and walks of life talk about their faith's responsibility to care for the Earth and say a prayer. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
Many faiths will be represented and we will have choirs and individuals performing music as well as refreshments for our guests. The contact person for this event is Fran Gordon from St. George's. She can be reached by email.
